Founded by someone wanting to make a change in the funeral industry

After a close friend struggled to pay for his wife's funeral, incurring debt and stress with little guidance on who to turn to for help, our founder Derrick Grant decided to learn about the challenges in the funeral industry, first by working as a funeral director eventually leading to the creation of Willow. 

Our Mission

Since launching we've helped hundreds of people organise greener, fairer funerals and while we've been fortunate to be regularly mentioned in the press, we're only getting started.

Our mission to not only provide the products that make funerals more affordable but also the facts and tech to make organisation easier for the public.

We're working to create an environment that allows you to plan, pay and organise the funeral that suits everyones needs at every budget.

Willow launched in 2018 with the support of Bethnal Green Ventures 'Technology For Good' business incubator.
